Teachers Day is the day we celebrate to pay tribute to all of the teachers that have tremendously helped us in shaping our lives for the better.
Each one of us, we can’t deny and run away from the fact that it is our parents who have given us this life but it is our teachers who have shaped it.
The teachers are the ones who care for us the most and always want the best for us.
Proudly in India, we give the most amount of admiration and respect to our teachers.
It is considered to be among the most respected professions.
We have many stories to share about the Teacher-Student relationship like the Ekalvya and Dronacharya and many others.
The reason we celebrate teacher’s day in India on the 5th of September is to celebrate the birthday of our 2nd president and 1st vice president, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan.
Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan is believed to be the biggest advocate of the importance of teachers in our lives and had so much love for the profession of teaching.
Teachers are the ones who show us the right direction in our lives.
Teachers always have a profound effect on the lives of students, no matter how young they are or how far they have progressed in their studies.
The significance of teachers remains strong in each phase of our lives.
It is common in India for students to give gifts to their teachers and mentors on teacher’s day.
And due to this, nowadays teachers have started to take it for granted and do not feel much touched ‘just’ by the gifts that they receive on teacher’s day.
However, if you will write a special greeting card mentioning all the great things your teacher has done for you and all the profound things you have learned from him, it is a 100% guarantee that he will feel touched and will remember your appreciation for a very long time.
Additionally, he will feel proud that he is consistently achieving his life goal, which is to make his students stand tall and proud.
As they are among your favorite teachers and you have been studying under them for a long time, it is likely that you know all their behavioral and character traits.
One of the best ways to wish your favorite teachers on teacher’s day is to mimic them in front of them.
You can mimic them by dressing just like them or by speaking the way they speak.
The best thing you can do is to shower them with compliments and gratitude while talking in their own style and way.
In honor of Teacher's Day, DIDM trainees from nearly every branch got together and wished their teachers.
They presented their teachers with cakes and gifts and also sang teacher's day songs for them.
Songs like Masterji Ki Aa Gayi Chitthi, Aao Bachcho Tumhe Dikhaye, etc.
In an effort to show their respect for their trainers, some students brought heavy gifts, and all came up to speak a few words.
