Nobody is perfect in this world.
We all want to improve, we all want to upgrade, and we all want to be more and more useful for the benefit of others.
And to be better than the last year every year we make resolutions and strive hard to stick to the resolution decisions that we make.
The same thing the DIDM team does but in a slightly different way.
The team at DIDM has one solo mission and that mission is to help the youth of India become more and more self-dependent and financially independent.
We help people become self-dependent and financially independent by providing them with a skill that is the most sought-after skill in today’s marketplace.
And after they possess this skill with our help, they become 2x more self-confident and ultimately self-dependent and financially independent.
And this skill is none other than the skill of digital marketing.
Coming back to the resolution part.
Just like people take resolutions to be better than they were the previous year in the first day of the year, we the team at the Delhi Institute of Digital Marketing take resolutions to do even more advance things for the betterment of our trainees at the first working day of the year, which in 2024 was the 2nd of January 2024.
On the 2nd of January 2024, we hosted our grand annual meet to set the momentum of the year 2024 and to finalize on the new ways of company working for the coming year.
Just to let you know, all the new decisions that have been made during the annual meet were directly in correlation with the betterment of the trainees as well as the team members who are a part of DIDM as well as those who are going to join us in the future.
So are you ready to be concisely informed about the annual meet 2024?
Okay, lets move forward then.
1) Everyone from the DIDM team attended the Annual Meet 2024 at WelcomHotel by IBC Hotels. Everyone appeared to be ready to conquer 2024 in the best way possible.
2) DIDM’s respected HR informed all the teammates about the new work rules and regulations that they all have to follow from then onwards.
3) There was a presentation given by the Head of Departments of the organization in which the HODs informed all the staff members about the achievements their department has made in 2023 and also what they envision for 2024.
This was one of the most important parts of the Annual Meet as this set each department’s executives and members up for what they had to do in 2024.
4) DIDM’s honorable founders gave their speeches on the future of the organization and expressed their views on how everyone can be a top performer in his own domain.
Also, they explained which next-level strategies the team has to implement to make DIDM remain in the top position for digital marketing training.
Not only that, but they also motivated all the team members in a highly inspiring way on how to give their whole 100% to the work and do all this so that our trainees get benefitted the most from DIDM’s digital marketing training program.
5) An awards and recognition ceremony was held during the Annual Meet 2024.
This is the part that we are going to explain to you in great detail in the section below.
