First of all, the team of the Delhi Institute of Digital Marketing (DIDM) would like to wish a very happy new year to all our regular news readers out there.
As we begin this new year of 2023, we hope that you all are going to take an important step toward achieving the heights of career success that you have always dreamed of.
With the start of each new year, we initiate our organization's new year goals and resolutions, which we pursue all year long.
Every one of these goals and resolutions is always centered around the idea of improving our education services so that all of our students will be able to benefit greatly from them in the future.
It is on the first working day of the year, which is the 2nd of January, that we make the decision on these goals and objectives, and we call this meeting the 'Annual General Meeting'.
The mission and vision for our organization are all set on this day so that we don't just move forward with our work blindly, but instead move forward with a specific goal in mind, with a desire to achieve the goal that we have set for our organization.
It is with great pleasure that we inform you that our annual general meeting was held on the 2nd of January 2023.
As always, we stated our goals for the whole year of 2023 with the commitment to provide the best service for the students who are considering enrolling in DIDM's digital marketing course in the near future.
This post is intended to inform you about our Annual General Meeting of 2023, its major highlights, and much more. Ready to go? Let’s go then.
1) Everyone from the DIDM team attended the Annual General Meeting at the IBIS Hotel, Aerocity. Everyone appeared to be ready to conquer 2023 in the best way possible.
2) DIDM’s respected HR informed all the teammates about the new work rules and regulations that they all have to follow from then onwards.
3) There was a presentation given by the Head of Departments of the organization in which the HODs informed all the staff members about the achievements their department has made in 2022 and also what they envision for 2023.
This was one of the most important parts of the Annual General Meeting as this set each department’s executives and members up for what they had to do in 2023.
4) DIDM’s honorable founders gave their speeches on the future of the organization and expressed their views on how everyone can be a top performer in his own domain.
Also, they explained which next-level strategies the team has to implement to make DIDM remain in the top position for digital marketing education.
Not only that, but they also motivated all the team members in a highly inspiring way on how to give their whole 100% to the work and do all this so that our students get benefitted the most from DIDM’s digital marketing program.
5) An awards and certificates distribution ceremony was held during the Annual General Meeting.
This is the part that we are going to explain to you in great detail in the section below.
What we are going to explain to you is how many awards and certificates were distributed and what all types of awards and certificates were there to distribute.
There can be no doubt that the Delhi Institute of Digital Marketing would be among the top most employee-centric companies in India if someone were to search for them.
Our team members are treated as our first clients, as they work tirelessly for the career growth of our students, which is our single mission.
Celebrating the hard efforts of our team is what we do not miss and are never going to miss.

While concluding this section, we would like to let you know that it does not matter to us, which members of our team have not received the awards.
We consider all of them equal since they assist DIDM in growing as an organization and helping our trainees succeed to the maximum.
One of the reasons DIDM is so successful today is that every single member of the team is involved, and we cannot underestimate the achievement of each individual who works with us.
This was awarded to that particular individual who never remained even one step backwards from any kind of work, who has always put his heart and soul into everything he does, who not only has carried out his tasks to the best of his abilities, but also has carried out other tasks that are not part of his responsibilities at all.
